Easy Capsicum & Tomato Sauté 🌶️🍅

One of my favorite ways to enjoy capsicums is this simple and flavorful dish. Just roughly chop several onions and capsicums (about 2-3 cm pieces), then sauté them with garlic and chili until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes and let it simmer down until thick. Season with salt, pepper, and extra chili powder if you like a bit more heat.

This dish keeps well and pairs beautifully with just about anything—perfect as a side, topping, or even on its own! 😋✨
