Sundays stand for Fresh, Local, and Satisfying! Meet Anthony, one of our local market-goer! On Sundays’ he gets a bag of crisp juicy tree-ripened apples for work, and some for his wife, for her delightful baking, and some refreshing apple juice.

Prins Korean Kitchen is bringing you a selection of Korean street food, including GF and vegan options.
Bulgogi toastie - Korean style of toasted sandwich with soy honey marinated beef
Korean Steet Toast - typical Korean toasted sandwich omelette, shredded cabbage, ham, cheese and sauces.
Mandu - Korean steamed dumplings. They include pork, mung bean sprouts, tofu, onion, cabbage, spring onions- and more vegetables in the stuffing. It's so healthy.
Su jeong gwa - cinnamon tea with two types of cinnamon sticks, ginger, apple and
Jujube - cinnamon tea is a traditional Korean dessert drink. No added sugar, but has a natural sweetness and it gives a couple of health benefits, such as antioxidants, said to be anti-inflammatory and to lower blood sugar levels.

Mamma Lou's mission is to fill customers' bellies with yummy warm treats and to extend plant-based offers. Local apples (from FRUT 4 U) battered in a spelt flour mixture, freshly fried for you and covered in cinnamon & homemade vanilla sauce, served along with sweet sugar-free chai tea, home brewed with love & passion. “Apple fritters are a traditional dish from Switzerland which I love sharing with market-goers,” says Luana.
This Sunday's market busker is singer and guitarist Larry Allison, playing rock, pop, easy-listening country covers and ballads.
Minghettis will be attending the market this weekend.
We'll be bringing our usual selection of sourdoughs plus the Purple wheat tin loaf and Marco is working on some sesame seed platted sticks crafted with local durum flour which he mill himself.
On the sweet side alongside our usual treats selection, we'll be bringing the "Torta di mele" Italian Apple cake. It’s a soft, moist and heavily loaded apple cake, where fresh apple, natural vanilla, honey and lemon play a lovely game of flavours and textures.
Last but not least for the in-between savoury and sweet we'll bake again the little cutie rye bread loaded with chocolate, blueberry and walnut.

Hi lovely customers and fellow stallholders. I have a treat for you on Sunday, my great "Supa Soup"
Have made this soup using the leaves and stems of the Cauliflower. There is so much goodness in these stems (that we used to throw away) and they are packed full of vitamins and flavour. Come and have a taste (for free) and tell me what you think.
